Training

We provide initial training to designated individuals as part of delivering a solution. This can be delivered on the client’s site or within our offices at Media House, 1 Diamond Court, Fox Milne, Milton Keynes MK15 0DU.

The extent and nature of the training will depend on the breadth of the solution provided.  For most clients, full administrator training can be delivered within half a day. Training for those who will be looking to manage day-to-day content on the site can be delivered in around one hour.

We will then provide ongoing remote support and guidance as and when required, under the terms of the monthly support charge. Additional formal training sessions can be arranged at our offices at any point in the future.
