Iliffe Digital Media maintains its own servers, which are connected to the Internet backbone at a secure facility in Milton Keynes. This offers us first-rate resilience and places the servers within five minutes of our development operation in the same city. We are resourced to deliver 99.99% service availability for our web hosting, and our customers have never suffered a major loss of service.

All our servers are fully maintained to the latest software level, to ensure they are optimised for performance and kept secure from attack. As part of our web hosting service, we maintain daily backups so that in the unlikely event of a systems failure, we can restore your website with the least amount of disruption and in the quickest amount of time possible. We currently have 11 web servers and two Google indexing servers at our data house in Milton Keynes.

We also offer support services for our wider client base and a service that includes free software updates, relevant to the elements of the Portal Constructor system that are being utilised.
